Please note that requests should be submitted 4 weeks prior to your event date. If requesting on behalf of a particular event, the event must be held in the Greater Springfield area. Please understand that, due to how many requests we receive, we will not always be able to fulfill your request. However, please do not let that discourage you from applying again in the future!
