Chick-fil-A Chicopee’s Summit leadership academy is a step-up program that encourages and guides enrolled team members throughout their time at Chick-fil-A. The program allows for employees to work their way up – from team member, to team leader, and so on, all the way up to Director – while simultaneously developing both innate talents and new, valuable skills that will richly benefit any future professional path. There are milestones for each step, and employees are assigned a mentor to provide one-on-one feedback, assistance, and general guidance. Throughout the Summit leadership academy, you will gain team building knowledge, problem solving skills, and invaluable experience.
After completing Summit, employees will have gained the ability to both work side-by-side with and to manage a team. Additionally, you will develop time management skills, customer service, and an understanding of how a business – or any professional environment – functions.
