Chick-fil-A Chicopee’s Summit leadership academy is a step-up program that encourages and guides enrolled team members throughout their time at Chick-fil-A. The program allows for employees to work their way up – from a team member, to team leader, and so on, all the way up to Director – while simultaneously developing both innate talents and new, valuable skills that will richly benefit any future professional path. There are milestones for each step, and employees are assigned a mentor to provide one-on-one feedback, assistance, and general guidance. Throughout the Summit leadership academy, you will gain team-building knowledge, problem-solving skills, and invaluable experience.
After completing Summit, employees will have gained the ability to work side-by-side with and to lead a team. Additionally, you will develop time management skills, customer service, and an understanding of how a business – or any professional environment – functions.
